Hi, I’m Elizabeth (Lizzi) Emery, Founder and Chief Change Maker at Light Up Consulting.

With a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences that transcend digital and physical worlds, I love and leverage human-centred design methods and harness the power of collaboration to create and lead teams to deliver innovative solutions – ones that truly move the needle.

Having been immersed in digital innovation and leading teams for over 14 years I decided to start Light Up Consulting in 2020 to team up with organisations that were facing transformation challenges head on (yes, right as COVID was kicking off!).

My purpose is to create positive change in this world and leave it a better place for my children and future generations, and this draws me to collaborate and work with organisations who share similar goals and aspirations.

As “Chief Change Maker” I have the pleasure of working with some incredible social and commercial enterprises to set new digital strategies in motion and design future customer experiences across Omni-retail, eCommerce or any industry for that matter where customers are involved! I leverage customer insights to transform and innovate products, services, business models and value propositions through human-centric design. I do this whilst coaching and uplifting team capabilities for the organisations I work with so that they are laser-focused on their customers and set up to deliver continual improvement over the long term.

I am passionate about putting my skills to work in order to deliver real outcomes and tangible change for purposeful organisations.
